- About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer to join our fully remote team. - In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, high-throughput applications across the full technology stack, with a primary focus on the modern .NET ecosystem (.NET 8+).
- A deep specialization in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and experience architecting AI-integrated applications is essential.
- You will also take on a Team Lead role, guiding development efforts and leading Scrum processes to ensure the successful delivery of complex, intelligent web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & .NET Architecture: Lead the architectural design of distributed systems using C# and ASP.NET Core, driving the delivery of complex, production-ready applications from conception to deployment.
- Scalable AI Cloud Integration: Architect and manage scalable AI workloads on Google Cloud.
- This includes integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) via Vertex AI and using Semantic Kernel or LangChain to build agentic workflows within the .NET stack.
- GCP Cloud Native Development: Manage highly available infrastructure on GCP, specifically optimizing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for .NET microservices and utilizing Cloud Run for serverless scaling.
- Security & Identity: Implement industry-leading security practices using IdentityServer or Google Cloud Identity, focusing on OAuth2/OpenID Connect and secure data encryption at rest and in transit.
- Team Leadership & Scrum: Act as a Team Lead, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, performing code reviews focused on .NET best practices, and mentoring junior engineers in clean code principles (SOLID, DRY).
- Advanced DevOps: Utilize GitLab CI/CD to automate the build, test, and deployment of containerized .NET applications to GCP environments.
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years focused on modern .NET (.NET Core/5/6/8).
- AI Implementation: Proven experience deploying scalable AI applications, including vector database integration (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or pgvector) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in a Team Lead or senior role, leading Scrum teams and defining technical roadmaps.
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Expert proficiency in C# / ASP.NET Core and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Blazor).
- GCP Expertise: Demonstrable expertise with core GCP services (GKE, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Vertex AI).
- Data Mastery: Proficiency with Entity Framework Core and experience optimizing both relational (Cloud SQL) and NoSQL (Firestore/Bigtable) databases.
- Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
- Distributed Messaging: Experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Google Pub/Sub for event-driven architectures.
- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or Pulumi to manage GCP resources.
- Observability: Proficiency with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Google Cloud Monitoring.
