Job Purpose:
To provide first-level technical support for all IT applications and services across the bank. This includes managing IT requests and incidents, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring user satisfaction through timely and effective resolution.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or Engineering.
- 0-2 years of IT Experience
