• Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s ERP system (Odoo) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement ERP solutions that support operational goals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the ERP environment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Lead ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Ability to build network infrastructure (LAN) and patch management to new branches.
• Manage Sophos is network firewall system.
• Manage FortiGate is network firewall system.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
• Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support to maximize ERP adoption and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
• Work closely with vendors and external partners to coordinate system enhancements and resolve technical challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
