Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative, located in Cairo. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering personalized insurance solutions, and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include selling insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, educating clients about various insurance options, and managing policy renewals. The role requires balancing sales goals with maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Insurance Sales and familiarity with Insurance Brokerage
• Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Understanding of insurance products and policies, and the ability to communicate their benefits effectively
• Background in Sales and negotiation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is advantageous
