📝Job Description

We need an RTM to monitor live operations, manage adherence, adjust staffing in real time, and help maintain service levels.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Real Time Analyst or similar role in a call center environment.

🕒 Details:

• Office-based, 8-hour rotational shifts.

• 1 day off per week (rotational).

• Immediate hiring.
