Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day mechanical maintenance for woodworking and furniture production machinery
• Maximize machine uptime, reliability, and production continuity
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical failures under real-time production pressure
• Supervise and allocate maintenance technicians based on production priorities
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all machinery
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, and Factory Management
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and root cause analysis
• Ensure spare parts availability and control maintenance consumables
• Enforce safety standards and proper lockout/tagout procedures
• Support machine installations, upgrades, and overhauls as required

Qualifications

• CNC routers & machining centers
• Edge banding machines
• Panel saws, beam saws
• Drilling & boring machines
• Presses (hydraulic / pneumatic)
• Sanding & finishing equipment
• Woodworking production lines in furniture factories

Minimum 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a furniture or woodworking factory
