Job Description
- Lead and manage the R&D team in developing innovative detergent formulations and improving existing products.
- ● Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory standards.
- ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure successful product launches.
- ● Conduct research on new raw materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.
- ● Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- ● Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to product safety, labeling, and environmental standards.
- ● Develop and manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- ● Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, research institutions, and external partners to support innovation initiatives.

Job Requirements
