Job Description
- Lead end-to-end process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality frameworks.
- Map current processes (As-Is) and design improved workflows (To-Be).
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of waste across operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for business processes.
- Monitor process performance and generate dashboards and continuous improvement reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to management
- Ensure processes comply with internal policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update SOPs, process documentation, and guidelines.
- Support audits and follow up on action plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT, Finance).
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and Kaizen events.
- Provide coaching to team members on process improvement methodology.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or quality management.
- Experience in BPO / Telecom / Shared Services is preferred.
