Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings related to finishing works.
• Monitor progress of finishing works and ensure timely completion within project schedules.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, documenting site activities and challenges.
• Ensure all finishing activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and snagging for completed finishing works, ensuring defects are rectified promptly.
• Liaise with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns related to finishing works.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
