We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates eager to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition. This program offers hands-on exposure to managing candidate pipelines, supporting recruitment processes, and understanding HR operations from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on online platforms and social media channels.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing and attending virtual career fairs and networking events.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for team review.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams as needed.
