Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a factory manager, located in Qesm 1st, 6 October. The factory manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality standards, and coordinating manufacturing operations to meet efficiency goals. Core responsibilities include production planning, staff supervision, implementing quality control measures, and optimizing operations for smooth workflow and effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Production Planning and Production Management processes to maximize efficiency and output.

Experience in Quality Control to ensure compliance with standards and product excellence.

Strong proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to meet operational goals.

Leadership and organizational skills to supervise and guide staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to implement process improvements and manage resources efficiently.

A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
