Job Description:
- Recruit, screen, and interview job applicants, and coordinate the placement and onboarding of newly hired employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all new hire information and employment status changes are accurately documented.
- Manage all social and medical insurance processes, including enrollment, updates, and separation procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of the performance management process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.
- Stay informed of updates in labor laws and regulations, ensuring company practices remain compliant at all times.
- Monitor, validate, and maintain accurate employee attendance data, including leaves, absences, and attendance-related reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- 2–3 years of experience.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian labor law, and the medical and insurance process
- Good knowledge of Google products (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, … etc)
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Multi-tasking.
Work Conditions:
- 5 working days -2 days off-
- 8 working hours. (10:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
