Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager, located in obour city Cairo, Egypt. The Factory Manager will oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing production schedules. Responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing operations, supervising production teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines. The manager will also be responsible for addressing and resolving any operational challenges and ensuring that production targets are met within budget and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure seamless manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Operations Management to maintain high standards and optimize performance
• Experience with Manufacturing Operations and related processes
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in factory management or industrial production settings is advantageous
