Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Cairo for a Pre-sales Engineer. The Pre-Sales Engineer supports the sales team by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, and demonstrating how the company’s products or services meet customer needs. They act as a bridge between the technical and sales departments to ensure the best technical solutions are presented to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience

• Proven experience in a similar pre-sales or technical sales role.

• Strong technical background and understanding of the company’s products.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, CRM systems).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
