Description
ALREDA Co. is a leading importer and exporter of heavy truck spare parts with over 25 years of experience in the field. We’re expanding our operations and seeking a qualified and proactive HR Officer to join our team in Cairo – Shobra.
The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee records, and HR operations while supporting fleet management and handling daily HR tasks through Odoo ERP.
Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll using Odoo ERP.
- Support the management of company fleet and driver schedules.
- Prepare and update employee contracts and HR documentation.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist management in performance evaluations and team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or administration.
- Experience with Odoo ERP (HR & Fleet modules) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
