Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Technical Sales Support Specialist. The role involves providing technical sales support by addressing client inquiries and offering tailored solutions.

About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and proposing complete production line solutions for ready-made garment factories. This includes analyzing client needs, selecting suitable machines, creating line layouts, and preparing commercial offers in coordination with our technical and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Study client requirements (product type, target quantity, line capacity).
• Design production line layouts with full process flow and machine selection.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals including machine lists, accessories, and output calculations.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams on pricing, delivery, and installation.
• Support sales presentations and technical discussions with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Experience in garment production line setup, industrial sewing, or factory layout planning is a must.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
