Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Financial Auditor with 3–6 years of experience to join our audit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, evaluating internal controls, and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial audits in accordance with auditing standards and company policies.
• Review accounting systems, internal controls, and financial reporting procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and IFRS.
• Identify areas of risk and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical review procedures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to gather financial data and clarify audit issues.
• Support the audit manager in planning and executing audit engagements.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and auditing practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in external or internal auditing.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Registered Accountant in Egypt (preferred).
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or working toward certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Egyptian accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
