Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Communications Officer to manage and coordinate the company’s online presence across its corporate and product communication channels. This role combines hands-on content management with data-driven optimization, ensuring that all digital platforms consistently reflect the company’s values, voice, and strategic goals.

The position is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or related fields. Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of all digital channels (websites and social media) using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, traffic, and inquiries, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase visibility and audience interaction.
  • Manage and update the company’s corporate and brand-specific websites and social media pages (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publication of posts, announcements, and news updates in line with corporate strategy and communication plans.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, R&D, etc.) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all published content.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and external agencies to deliver visual and multimedia materials that align with brand identity.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and public engagement, ensuring timely, professional, and informed responses.
  • Support implementation of new online campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure all communications adhere to brand and corporate guidelines.


Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of Arabic and English, with strong communication and editing skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital communication and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Ability to interpret analytics data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for improved audience reach and engagement.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of maintaining accuracy across communication channels.
  • Proactive, analytical, and creative mindset — eager to test ideas and measure impact.
  • Comfortable evolving into a leadership position, mentoring future team members and helping shape the department’s digital communication strategy.
  • Previous experience in corporate or healthcare-related environments is preferred.
