As an Agile Psychosocial Practitioner, you will engage in both on-field practice and office work, contributing to the well-being of children and adolescents.


This is an exciting opportunity for psychology graduates looking to expand their expertise and make a difference.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Individual and Group Sessions:

  • Facilitate 1-on-1 and group sessions tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent children, helping them develop essential skills and strategies.


Children's Support In-School:

  • Support a neurodivergent child at school as a primary resource, tracking their psychosocial and academic development on a part-time basis. The remaining working hours will be dedicated to supporting other children through specific therapeutic services, such as in-school sessions.


Participate in Intervention and Empowerment Camps:

  • Engage in recreational and empowerment camps, providing support and guidance to participants in various activities.


Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with parents, educators, and mental health professionals to create holistic support plans for each child.


Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on best practices in psychosocial support and continually seek opportunities for professional growth.


Continuous Training:

  • Enhance your knowledge with access to strong training and sponsored workshops in special education, and more access to our course bundles.


Sponsored Certificates:

  • Obtain valuable certifications from renowned child psychology institutes outside of Egypt, plus supervision hours.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a must.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with neurodivergent profiles, for at least 1 year.
  • Strong understanding of mental health, child development, and special education.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to child and adolescent well-being and empowerment.
  • Flexibility in working areas and a growth mentality to increase impact.

Work Environment:

This position might offer a hybrid working model, combining on-field practice with office responsibilities, based on assigned tasks. Opportunities are available in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed.
