Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive online and offline sales.

* Plan and manage social media, performance marketing, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

* Optimize the customer journey and brand visibility across all digital platforms.

* Ability to manage both online and in-store marketing operations.

* Lead content creation efforts (copy, visuals, product shoots) that align with brand tone and objectives.

* Coordinate store activations, events, seasonal campaigns, and POS marketing.

* Analyze campaign performance and ROI, using insights to adjust strategy.

* Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

* Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns (Meta, Google, email, SEO, etc.).

* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify/WordPress, and email marketing platforms.
