We are seeking a Content Manager with 5–7 years of proven experience in content strategy, creation, and management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.

• Manage the editorial calendar and oversee content production across all digital platforms (web, social, email, blogs).

• Lead a team of writers, editors, or freelancers to ensure high-quality output.

• Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion while maintaining brand consistency.

• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content with campaigns.

• Track and analyze performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Maintain and enforce brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.



Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in content management or digital marketing roles.

• Strong experience in leading content projects end-to-end.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).

• Strong project management and communication skills.



Preferred Skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• Knowledge of paid content distribution and social advertising.

• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
