Working hours: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Salary Expectations: 15K
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of English instructors.
Monitor and evaluate instructors’ performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching strategies.
Ensure adherence to educational standards, policies, and procedures.
Organize and lead regular team meetings to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, student assessments, and reporting.
Address student concerns and provide solutions to improve the learning experience.
Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment across all levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
CELTA / TEFL certification and/or supervisory experience (preferred).
Proven experience as an English instructor, with at least 2 years in a teaching or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of educators.
Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and best practices.
