Job Purpose

Support logistics and trade compliance operations by assisting with regulatory tracking, customs data analysis, documentation checks, and freight process improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring SASO, SFDA, and ZATCA regulations.
• Review invoices, HS codes, and certificates for accuracy.
• Compile customs clearance data and support dashboard creation.
• Help maintain freight quote trackers and benchmark forwarder performance.
• Track demurrage/detention incidents and support reporting.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.

 

Skills & Competencies:

• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); Power BI is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
