Job Title: Litigation Lawyer⚖

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for representing clients in various legal disputes, preparing legal documents, and managing all stages of the litigation process. You will work closely with clients to assess their legal needs, build strong cases, and provide expert legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil, commercial, and/or criminal litigation cases

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Develop case strategies and provide expert legal advice to clients

Negotiate settlements and handle pre-trial and trial proceedings

Coordinate with external experts, witnesses, and other legal professionals

Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met

Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials on behalf of clients

Stay up to date with current laws, regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law

Minimum 7 years of experience in litigation

Strong understanding of litigation processes, rules of procedure, and legal principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Attention to detail and organizational skills
