Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PHP / Laravel Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB to join our team and hep in building web-based products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in modern Laravel frameworks while also being able to adapt to PHP/JavaScript-based solutions. You will play a key role in designing and developing the platform with a focus on scalability, performance, and seamless integration with existing APIs.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the full software development lifecycle.

Design and implement backend services and admin features using Laravel (or PHP if required).

Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, and performance optimization.

Integrate with existing APIs to ensure smooth data flow between systems.

Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

Ensure the application follows best practices for security, maintainability, and scalability.

Collaborate with frontend developers and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.

Write clean, well-structured, and documented code.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience with PHP development.

Strong expertise in Laravel framework (latest stable versions).

Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, queries, optimization).

Knowledge of RESTful API consumption and integration.

Strong understanding of backend application architecture and performance optimization.

Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Solid grasp of secure coding practices and role-based access control.

Good to have:

Experience with NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6+) .

Experience with deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Exposure to migrating or modernizing existing PHP applications.
