ACC is hiring an Operations Team Leader for English account.
Role Description
The Operations Team Lead will be responsible for the following:
- managing day-to-day operations.
- ensuring customer satisfaction,
- analyzing data and generating insights,
managing a team of individuals, and facilitating effective communication within the team and with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, 5 years or longer experience with a large customer service center; two-year or longer experience in call center service team management and on-site management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Patience, a strong sense of service and responsibility;
- Resilience under work pressure and smooth adaptation to customer schedule.
