What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications (.NET backend + React frontend).
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features quickly and cleanly.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Review code, mentor juniors, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Work on real-world products used by businesses daily—not side projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years professional experience in web development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) and ReactJS (Hooks, Context, State Mgmt).
• Solid grasp of REST APIs, SQL/Entity Framework, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Bonus: Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, microservices, or high-traffic systems.
• A mindset that values clean, testable, and maintainable code.
