Job Description

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, forecasts, and status updates to senior management and project teams.
• Lead the preparation of baseline schedules and ensure all project milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to address potential scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
• Collaborate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of project changes, variations, and claims for effective project control.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering..
• Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in project planning within Development, Construction, or related industries.
• Proven experience with planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and scheduling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
