Internship Description

Rawafedtech is looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

 

• Duration: 3 months
• Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
• Intern Type: Paid
• Certificate after completion of the internship program

 

Job Description:

• Filling any new appeared open vacancies by headhunting, posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contacting & interviewing the applying candidates.
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Tracking candidates' interview status and facilitating the hiring process.
• Maintain Data in our Application Tracking System 

Internship Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree & Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
