Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for HSE and various technical disciplines (welding, pipefitting, electrical, mechanical, HVAC), ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and assessments, incorporating best practices and current industry trends.
- Facilitate practical training sessions, demonstrations, and simulations, fostering a hands-on learning environment and ensuring trainees acquire practical skills.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to trainees, supporting their professional development and career advancement in the respective fields.
- Ensure all training activities comply with relevant quality standards and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation.
