Role Overview

3i is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Researcher to join our Social Impact team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our consulting projects by conducting in-depth research, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing proposals for strategic initiatives with Saudi government entities and partners.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support social and community development goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support social impact initiatives and government projects.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources, including public records, reports, and stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare research papers, presentations, and proposals for clients and government partners.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in social impact, community development, and government policy.
• Support the consulting team in developing evidence-based recommendations and strategic solutions.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating project outcomes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of research outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or consulting or nonprofit sector preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, well-structured work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social impact measurement frameworks is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with government stakeholders or on public sector projects.
• Ability to develop proposals and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and research tools.
