Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end execution of technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Assist in aligning technical initiatives with business goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Recommend and implement improvements in technology workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and security.
• Liaise with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Legal to support integrated technology efforts.
• Evaluate and deploy technology solutions that meet operational needs and support business growth.
• Oversee system performance metrics and ensure consistent uptime, reliability, and scalability.
• Maintain QA protocols and support data protection compliance across platforms.
• Contribute to the streamlining and optimization of existing technology platforms.
• Support marketing and operational teams in planning and executing go-live activities for new products or systems.
• Manage post-launch technical support and ensure smooth operational continuity.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in technology supervision, project coordination, or systems implementation.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, emerging technologies, and secure technology practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally to align technology with business needs.
