Are you passionate about the financial markets and experienced in Forex/CFD sales? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us expand our footprint across key markets.

🔍 Role Overview:

As a BDM, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing IB and affiliate networks, and driving revenue growth through strong client relationships and strategic market expansion.

✅ What You'll Do:

• Identify and onboard new clients and introducing brokers (IBs)
• Manage and grow affiliate/referral partnerships
• Execute effective business development strategies to expand into new markets
• Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align acquisition strategies

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in Forex/CFD sales or business development
• Existing network of IBs, traders, and partners is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), financial products, and the FX industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
