Job Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for FM projects as well as renovation & fit-out works.
• Review client’s technical requirements, project scope, and tender documents.
• Estimate costs for MEP, civil, maintenance, and fit-out projects including manpower, materials, tools, and subcontracted services.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure precise and competitive pricing.
• Provide value engineering solutions and support in clarifications during tender evaluations.
• Support post-award technical cost updates and variations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical is preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in cost estimation within FM, MEP, renovation, or fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Excel skills: knowledge of estimation software/tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.
