Junior Sales Associate (Real Estate)
Location: New Cairo
Job Type: Full-Time - On Site 10-6 two days off

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Associate to join our thriving sales team. This is an exceptional entry-point into the world of real estate sales, offering hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and a clear path to becoming a licensed real estate agent and closing your own deals. You will work directly with top-performing agents, learning the intricacies of the market while providing crucial support that drives our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including social media, online portals, cold calling, door-knocking, and community networking events.
- Client Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers through regular follow-up via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Sales Support: Assist senior agents with preparing comparative market analysis (CMAs), property listings, marketing materials, and presentation packages.
- Administrative Duties: Schedule and coordinate property viewings, open houses, meetings, and inspections. Manage and update the company CRM with client information and interactions.
- Market Research: Conduct research on local property markets, trends, and competitor activity to keep the team informed.
- Open House Assistance: Help prepare properties for showings and host open houses, engaging with potential buyers and collecting their information.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to develop a strong foundation in real estate principles, sales techniques, and legal regulations.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior real estate experience is necessary, but a strong interest in sales and the real estate industry is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are articulate, persuasive, and a good listener.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to learn and earn.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of people.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with basic computer software (MS Office, Google Suite) and a quick learner of new technology (CRM software, MLS systems).
