Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Analyst located in Qesm El Maadi. The Workforce Analyst will be responsible for capacity planning, workforce management, and workforce analytics. The role involves analyzing data to optimize staffing levels, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient use of human resources. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, creating forecasts, monitoring workforce performance, and communicating findings with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience minimum 6 months in workforce management.

Experience minimum 6 months in RTM field is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.

Excellent in English language.
