Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer support to German-speaking VIP clients through multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
• Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries swiftly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
