Job Description

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize capability control systems and field instruments
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in industrial operations
• Ensure reliability of field communication systems
• Maximize system availability across PLC, SCADA, and related communication platforms
• Support plant operations through effective control system diagnostics
• Implement modifications to improve system performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in control systems

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably within the mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems programming and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations in industrial environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with system integration, commissioning, and maintenance of control systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Willingness to work on-site in an open workplace arrangement as required.
