Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from planned timelines or budgets.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, preventing project delays or cost overruns.

• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field: A degree in civil engineering or a related field is required.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience: You must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex projects.

• UAE experience preferred: Experience working in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, is highly desirable.

• Technical expertise: You must have in-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, road design, and infrastructure construction methods.

• Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills are essential for guiding and motivating project teams.

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary for effectively conveying technical information and managing stakeholder relationships.
