Responsibilities
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain tenant records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and official documentation.
- Prepare monthly reports for management.
- Assist in organizing compound events and activities.
Skills
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in administration, property management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems.
