Responsibilities

  • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Maintain tenant records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and security teams.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and official documentation.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management.
  • Assist in organizing compound events and activities.


Skills

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in administration, property management, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems.
  • Customer service–oriented with problem-solving skills.
