Job Description
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and orderly manner
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and management
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Provide support to real estate agents and office staff as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
