Qualifications

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities for assigned projects, from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead on-site teams, providing direction and support while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Foster collaboration among architects, consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement best practices in construction management and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
