Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Lead our team as a seasoned Construction Manager for the Gas Compression Station Expansion Project. You will be responsible for leading all site construction and execution, including gas turbine compressor installation, associated piping, equipment, DCS, E&I packages, civil works, and steel structures within a live brownfield environment.

• Ensure subcontractors are aware of the scope and review planning processes to ensure readiness and monitor daily progress.
• Navigate complex interfaces with Saudi Aramco Operations, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Drive a zero-incident culture by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, method statements, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Forecast future resource and equipment needs, integrating these requirements into the project's planning process.

Key Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager / Site Manager on complex brownfield mega-projects, within gas plant construction.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven expertise in delivering Saudi Aramco EPC Oil and Gas projects.
• A background in Mechanical or Process engineering is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time position in the Projects department at China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC).
