Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dokki for a Logistics Specialist at myMayz. The Logistics Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain and delivery operations across our e-commerce platform. This includes overseeing inventory, coordinating with vendors, customers, and shipping partners, and managing export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with the customer service team to resolve all logistics-related issues affecting customer orders.
• Coordinate with local and international shipping companies and manage their online portals to track and update shipment statuses.
• Handle all exchange and return shipments efficiently, ensuring customer service is updated promptly.
• Monitor and enhance delivery performance through effective tracking and management of myMayz’s delivery fleet.
• Receive damage reports from the warehouse and coordinate with the relevant shipping companies to claim compensation.
• Manage all required documentation and communication related to exporting products from Egypt to international markets.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and logistics data for continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and supply chain team to ensure timely dispatch and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Export processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
