Job Description

We're Hiring: Logistics Specialist - Quwaysna 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Logistics Specialist to join our team and help manage the full cycle of international shipments and export operations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all export and import logistics activities including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries.
* Manage communication with freight forwarders . 
* Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Monitor and track shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
* Prepare and maintain export and import -related documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
* Solve logistical issues and delays with proactive communication and problem-solving.
* Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, warehouse) to ensure smooth export flow.
* Optimize shipping routes and cost-efficiency of logistics processes.

 

Job Requirements

• Job Requirements:
  * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  * 1–3 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping.
  * Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and customs regulations.
  * Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  * Preferably residing in Menoufia or nearby areas
