Job Description

• Sourcing new suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications.
• Negotiating purchase terms and evaluating the suppliers’ performances.
• Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies.
• Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
• Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and correcting shortcomings.
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
• Conducting market and product research and cost analysis.
• Reviewing and updating the list of contracts and keeping track of their renewal dates.
• Create purchase orders and monitoring all POs.
  
  
   

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience as a procurement specialist in the IT hardware solutions.
• Familiar with Odoo system. 
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.
