Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer to join our growing AI and automation team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career engineer with a strong foundation in computer science and hands-on exposure to modern AI concepts, especially Generative AI, LLMs, and automation workflows. You will work closely with senior engineers to explore, build, and integrate AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and integrating AI and Generative AI solutions into production systems
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents for chatbots, automation
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using embeddings and vector search
• Support the development of AI agents and workflows using modern frameworks
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices for AI applications
• Explore the AI tools and frameworks when published

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with AI development ( 2-3 years).

AI & Generative AI

• Understanding of core AI concepts:
• LLMs - VLLMs
• Tokenization
• Embeddings
• Transformers
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• AI Agents
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts

Frameworks & Tools

• Understanding Generative AI frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• PydanticAI

Backend & Data

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL databases
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and webhooks

Automation & Integration

• Familiarity with automation tools such as:
• n8n
• Flowise

DevOps & Deployment

• Basic understanding of Docker and containerized applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
