About the Role

Technoscient is seeking a talented Application Engineer with strong expertise in LC/MS and LC/MS/MS to support our growing footprint in Biopharma, Pharma, Food Safety, Environmental, Water, and Forensic markets. This role is central to delivering workflow‑driven value to customers and strengthening our technical leadership in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate LC/MS and LC/MS/MS methods for:
• PFAS
• Pesticides
• Food contaminants
• Water and environmental pollutants
• Forensic toxicology
• Pharma and Biopharma QC/QA
• Deliver pre‑sales demos, proof‑of‑performance studies, and workflow‑focused presentations.
• Provide post‑sales application support, troubleshooting, and customer training.
• Prepare technical documents, workflows, and application materials tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to support strategic accounts and market growth.
• Stay current with emerging applications, regulatory trends, and competitive technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with LC/MS or LC/MS/MS (method development, data analysis, troubleshooting).
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Pharma or Biopharma QC/QA
• Food safety testing
• Environmental or water analysis
• Forensic toxicology
• Strong understanding of analytical workflows and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in accredited or regulated laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with Agilent LC and LC/MS platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
