Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns, providing personalized assistance, overseeing concierge services, and maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times. The individual will work closely with other team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Relations and a strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
• Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to carry out Receptionist Duties, including check-in/out processes and managing guest requests
• Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role is highly preferred
• Flexibility to work in shifts and handle a dynamic hotel environment
