This is a full-time , on-site role located in Hyde Park, New Cairo - Cairo, Egypt , for a Property Consultant role.

● Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities to help them make informed decisions.

● Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site tours for prospective buyers and investors.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including new developments, pricing, and legal regulations.

●Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals as set by management

●Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

job requirements:-

● 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting

● Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.

● Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office.

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

● Good Command in English
